102 Coastside Teachers Supported by 64 Donators!
The HMB Coastside Chamber is so excited to announce that 102 Coastside teachers were supported by 64 local businesses and residents with $12,750 in donations! Each year the Chamber organizes an event of giving to provide supplies for the teachers. In a typical year, Hassett ACE Hardware donates $2,500 in supplies for the teachers to "shop" at the event as well as local businesses donating $10,000 in one-hundred-dollar bills directly to the teachers for them to purchase additional classroom supplies. The reality for the hotels is that the voting community will most likely pass Measure U since it's not a tax on them.
